CHRYSALIS UPDATE

Chrysalis is taking a sabbatical from our usual programme of personal development & spirituality events until spring 2012. We’re running two one day retreats this autumn and offering an occasional email update to brief you on developments and share inspirations.

The September 2011 Update gives full details for two Silent Meditation retreats (payment can be made by Paypal) and our June 2011 Update has inspiring articles on choosing time to live and cultivating instinctive awareness. 

Our time out is welcome for regrouping and resting in our own chrysalis, so we may discern and shape a wise future direction. We invite you to fill in our simple, two-question On-line survey to have your say on what retreats/workshops you favour.
