“The Work is merely four questions; it’s not even a thing. It has no motive, no strings. It’s nothing without your answers. These four questions will join any programme you’ve got & enhance it. Any religion you have-they’ll enhance it. If you have no religion-they’ll bring you joy. And they’ll burn up anything that isn’t true for you. They’ll burn through to the reality that has always been waiting” Byron Katie.

The Work of Byron Katie is profoundly accessible personal inquiry-beyond theory or education. Applicable to every painful, unresolved thought about any situation or person, it intimately reveals the true self to the self in the moment. During this weekend intensive, we’ll explore The Work in depth: meeting our stories from the past, the present or in the future with compassion & understanding and experiencing how doing the The Work with mindfulness uncovers hidden, underlying beliefs. You’ll be writing Judge Your Neighbour Worksheets and using the Four Questions and Turnarounds to do The Work with stressful thoughts & beliefs, practice facilitation of The Work with others and experience how to use The Work to support clear honest communication in your own life. All welcome. No previous experience of personal development/spiritual inquiry necessary. Suitable for those new to or familiar with The Work.

Led by Mary Collins Osborne, Psychotherapist, Certified Facilitator with/presenter of The Work of Byron Katie & experienced workshop facilitator (www.4ceisteanna.ie). More info about The Work/free downloads at www.thework.com. To benefit fully, intending participants are requested to read Byron Katie’s book Loving What Is prior to attending.
