A CLEAR MIND, The Work of Byron Katie
Description:
The Work of Byron Katie is a simple yet powerful way of working with the mind to identify and question habitual, painful and stressful thoughts. It allows you to question the mind in a kind and loving way, allowing for freedom from beliefs that cause stress, low self-esteem or cause conflict with others. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to experience the freedom of undoing these kinds of thoughts, allowing the mind to return to its true, peaceful nature. You will learn to identify stressful thoughts and associated beliefs and how to use The Work to bring a deeper feeling of peace and insight into your life. This powerful, lifelong tool can dramatically improve relationships (especially with yourself), reduce stress, and make you more effective in work & daily life. You will learn to identify when you are in someone else’s business and come back to full presence with yourself. This experiential, practical and powerful workshop will turn everything you thought you knew about yourself, others and the world, inside out in the most surprisingly gentle way. Suitable for both beginners and those experienced with The Work as a self help tool in addition to those working with others in a counseling or coaching capacity.
