Description:
Sometimes we know that we want more from our career than we are currently achieving but have no idea where to start. The idea of change can stop us from progressing or we are out of work and just don’t know the range of jobs that our skills and experience allow us to apply for. We just wish that somebody would tell us what to do.
This practical one-day workshop provides you with the opportunity to identify your skills, acknowledge your achievements and reflect on your beliefs and how they affect your career. Brainstorm potential career areas with the help of a skills wheel. Learn how to replicate your strengths and achievements in the future. Clarify what your interests are and how they can be aligned with what you want. Transform disempowering beliefs into empowering ones. Learn to clarify what you want, set SMART goals and develop your Career Action Plan to help you move forward in your career.
Led by Mary O’Brien, Career Coach. Experienced facilitator of Career Planning workshops and one-to-one coaching. Following a successful career in business in both corporate and SME sectors, Mary transitioned into Career Coaching to fulfil a life-long interest in coaching people to unlock their full potential.
