Our classic self-care, nurturing one day workshop for quality time out. You sign up for a massage or shiatsu appointment on arrival then start to unwind with a gentle stretch & relaxation class at 10.30. A delicious lunch is served at 1.15pm, the sauna/Craft Shop are open in the afternoon; reflexology/Indian Head massage taster sessions are on offer & scones served at teatime.
